good thing that this paper actually made me discovered that I still don't know
what a 'decimal to BCD priority encoder' is.
yea, now I DO know what it is.
so tomorrow is the last day to revise for DE and I am gonna use it to do one last paper
and that is year 02/03. hopefully by then, I should have that perfect confidence level.
also, that will be the 6th paper if done.
it's going 10pm soon and I am so going to relax my mind until bedtime.
