so I've finally upgraded my desktop to core i5 750.

upgraded specs now is:
GA-H55M-UD2H
CORE i5 750 @ 3.67GHz
2GB x 2 Kingston 1333 @ 1400MHz

everything is fast now - 8800GT bottleneck gone, except for hard disk..
seems like it's hard disk that is slowing everything down this time.
