okay what is pissing off right now is the damn GTA IV.
yes i completed the game but usually after completion,
i will look for mods.

and there im playing with mods.
but the BLACK SCREEN DELAY AFTER THE INTRO SCREEN IS ANNOYING ME

went out with my parents yesterday to guang jie.
the motive for this trip is to get a new player.
and that is a DVD player + recorder.

my dad brought us to tampines mall first as
he wanted to renew his plan and getting a new phone
and the phone he got is nokia e71.

i dont have that phone fanatic mood anymore.
ever since i got k800i.

while my dad was waiting, i and my mom went to courts to look for
a dvd player+recorder. the price was okay but doesn't seem too good.
then my dad suggested that we go to the harvey norman clearance sale,
which is also at tampines to check it out.
and we found one which suits my mom best.

while we were considering, my dad brought us to the courts megastore to see
if there's better bargain but the price difference there is a big difference
and then we went back to the same shop and bought the DVD player+recorder.
also while at the megastore, my mom was looking for a LCD TV though she didn't buy.

in the midst i was thinking : "woah, we are going HIGH DEFINITION."
well at least the recorder uses HDMI. and also my laptop.
with a LCD TV soon that supports HD, im sure HDMI will be of use for me.

anyways, there is a hard disk inside the recorder, 160GB.
enough for my mom to record tons of tv shows. lol.

and yes, going out with parents is better..

it's friday and christmas ended.
for me, i dont have that christmas spirit.
so another ORDINARY DAY passed.
time just flies.

among all the assignments i have,
almost all of them are group work.
so without the meetings and etc,
i dont think there's even a possibility to complete them.

there's only one assigment which is optional and individual
and it's the DIGITAL ELECTRONIC stopwatch mod-counter.
i was hoping to solve this problem by using multisim.
but who didnt realized that my multisim evalution period is up
and therefore i have to relicense in campus.

so whatever,
nothing is done this holiday.

GTA IV is PLAYABLE on my laptop,
with decent framerate!!

though it must be played on low-res due to the graphic card
and memory..

meh, imagine my desktop is now CORE 2 DUO E8400 O/C 4GHz.
maybe im getting 40 - 50+ fps on the streets rather than 15 - 30fps.

went to bbq yesterday which my secondary school teacher set-up.

there were really lots and lots and lots of food
like cant finish at all.

some of the changkat seniors were there too,
as in they are older than us and we didn't see them before.

basically we eat and chit-chat there,
nothing much.
maybe regretted not bringing my camera.

WINDOWS 7 BUILD 6956 PRE-BETA is now my main OS.
though only able to use for 30days * 3 = 90 days.

if there's crack, definitely this OS WILL BE THE main.

here i am using windows 7 6956 pre-beta.

so far so good, better than 6801 with bugs fixed.

playing GTA IV with high texture is like using more than 6GB of RAM..
it's not enough with 4GB ram + 512MB on-board graphic memory


it kills my comp. the textures are really highly allocated.

i just tested the crap question on multisim and it shows as mod-6 counter.
i went half-dead.

so that means to say binary 1 becomes 0 and 0 becomes 1.
